The wait could not have been longer for the fans of Bollywood! Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra have stepped out and introduced their daughter to everyone. On Wednesday, they shared their daughter's first picture.
New parents, in a joint Instagram post, announced their happy news. They said they named their daughter Saraayah Malhotra. The name, which is related to the Hebrew name Sarah, means "exotic princess".
The post was accompanied by a photo full of love and sweetness. It was the newborn's feet which were placed softly in Kiara and Sidharth’s hands.
The couple wrote the words that go perfectly with the photo: "From our prayers, to our arms...our divine blessing, our princess, Saraayah Malhotra." The online announcement was met with an immense and very quick response of love and congratulations. Many wishes from fans, industry friends, and colleagues came to the couple.
Kiara and Sidharth held their wedding ceremony in style in February 2023. Before that, for many years, they maintained their relationship very much under the radar. Now they are one of Bollywood's most loved couples.
In the blockbuster and critically acclaimed movie Shershaah, they, among others, won the hearts of the audience and critics. The film is still their fans' favourite.
