The 22nd April 2026 episode of Jhanak begins with Abhimanyu saying Dadabhai is hurt because of Jhanak’s behavior, so he decided to not participate in the puja. Jhanak comes there and asks why no one is ready yet. Indumati tells Jhanak that they just need to change the saree. Jhanak says their excuses never end. Abhimanyu says Jhanak has been behaving like a goon from the time she became president. Jhanak accepts she is a goon. Tanushri and Indumati smile hearing this. Indumati asks Payal whether Surojit called the latter. Payal replies Surojit did not call her. Mishti gives a letter to Payal and says Surojit sent it. Payal gets shocked after reading the letter. Indumati asks when Surojit is returning. Tanushri asks Payal what’s written in the letter.
Payal goes to her room and reads the letter again. Surojit tells Payal that he fell for the doctor, and he knows he can’t force her for a divorce. He says he can’t meet Payal again, but he won’t forget her. And he knows Payal won’t hurt his family and leave the house. She cries. Indumati comes there and asks why Payal is crying. Payal shook her head. Indumati says she understands Surojit is not returning now. Payal decides to hide Surojit from everyone. Indumati asks Payal to get ready for puja.
On the other side, Koushik asks Aditi to forgive him if he hurt her then. He says one day he will propose to Aditi for marriage. Aditi asks him whether he thinks she came to beg him to marry her. Koushik tells her that one day she will become his choice. Aditi leaves from there.
Later, Jhanak compliments Indumati and Tanushri. Indumati notices Payal is sad, and she tells about it to Tanushri. Tanushri says everything will be fine. Abhimanyu tells Dadabhai’s friends that Dadabhai will come when Jhanak and her company are not there.
Putul tells Arya that she wants two scoops of ice cream daily. And he can’t force her to practice. Arya tells her that she should practice twice. And she will reach the top in the musical industry.
The host announces a dance competition between elders and youngsters. He asks Jhanak to be ready with Dhunuchi. A girl announces Rishi vs. Abhimanyu. Rishi asks what’s happening there. Abhimanyu says he did not give his name and he won’t dance. He asks how Rishi can compete against him. Jhanak says Abhimanyu is a coward. Abhimanyu pretends like he doesn’t know Jhanak. Indumati asks him whether he is ready. She tells him to dance because Rishi won’t let him lose. Rishi vs. Abhimanyu begins.
Later, in the hospital, the senior intern tells Jhanak that she changed the dose of the patient. Jhanak asks the senior intern to look at the kidney report of the patient before increasing the dose. Senior intern scolds Jhanak for teaching her. Jhanak asks the senior intern not to change the dose for the patient’s sake. The senior intern says that the patient is her responsibility. She tells Jhanak to examine another patient. Jhanak refuses. She says this patient is her responsibility. And the senior intern is risking the patient’s life. The senior intern asks the nurse to not listen to Jhanak and give the dose to the patient. Jhanak asks the senior intern not to do that. The episode ends.
