The 28th April 2026 episode of Jhanak begins with Ayushman telling Jhanak that she is his junior, so he can drop her. Jhanak tells him that she is habituated to traveling in an auto, so it's fine. Rishi comes there and asks Jhanak what she is doing there. Jhanak tells him that she is coming from Aniruddh's house. Rishi asks Ayushman what the latter is doing there. Ayushman replies he is Aniruddh's doctor, and he came to examine Aniruddh. But Rishi is treating him like a criminal. Jhanak tells Ayushman to go from there. Ayushman says Rishi doesn't have the right to talk to him like this. Rishi asks what's wrong he did. He tells Jhanak that it looks like she is roaming with Ayushman.
Jhanak asks him how low he will stoop. Rishi says he knows Ayushman-kind of people. Ayushman tells Rishi to shut up. He says he can't imagine Rishi is Jhanak's wife. Rishi asks whether Ayushman wants to take his place. Ayushman says he won't tolerate Rishi's nonsense. He threatens to file a complaint against Rishi. Rishi tauntingly tells Ayushman to go and give a complaint. Jhanak tells him to go and meet Aniruddh and Aditi. Rishi accepts he came to meet Aditi's father.
Ayushman says now he remembers reading their news. And Rishi is a stone-hearted person. Jhanak says she will go home. Rishi thinks Jhanak should not have done this.
After some time, Rishi meets Aniruddh. Aniruddh says Rishi could have come with Jhanak. Rishi asks how Aniruddh is doing. Arshi says she is worried about Aniruddh. Bablu says Aniruddh is becoming better. And the doctor said Aniruddh can rejoin the office soon. Aditi asks why Jhanak did not wait for Rishi if he is coming there then. She says Jhanak also said she will leave when Ayushman said he will leave. Aniruddh says it was just a coincidence.
Bablu and Anjana praise Jhanak. Arshi says Jhanak behaved like she knows everything. And even Ayushman got impressed with Jhanak. Aditi says Jhanak should have waited for Rishi. And Jhanak is from a village, so city men can take advantage of Jhanak. Rishi says Jhanak is not like that. Aniruddh says Ayushman is like Jhanak's boss, so what's wrong if he gave a lift to her?
On the other side, Athnu calls Mishti. Mishti picks up the call and tells him that she doesn't want to talk to him. Athnu tells her that he just has 3 minutes to talk. And he became the prime witness in this case. He asks her to meet him in the court. Mishti tells him that she can't meet him. Jhanak hears this. She takes the phone from Mishti and talks to Athnu. Athnu tells Jhanak to help him to meet Mishti. Jhanak tells him that Mishti should focus on her career at this time. Athnu's time gets over.
Jhanak tells Mishti that Athnu is not a bad person. But Mishti should control her feelings until Athnu is proven innocent in the court. She asks Mishti to stay strong until then. She hugs Mishti. The episode ends.
