The 25th April 2026 episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi starts with Mihir getting shocked about Karan's second marriage with a child. Tulsi thinks why Karan is doing this. Mihir is completely confused. Tulsi tells him that Samira wants to celebrate their wedding anniversary, and on the other hand, Nandini wants to divorce Karan. Tulsi tells Mihir she has tried to handle the relations of her children, but Karan is living two lives. Tulsi tells Mihir that their happiness of the house is getting ruined.
Angad talks to Ritik and shares with him about Ranvijay. Ritik tells Angad that they have to plan smartly. He tells Angad that Subhash comes to their office taking an envelope of money. Angad tells Ritik to come to Jameshpur for a few days.
Mihir tells Tulsi that his children are getting paid for his sins. Mihir wants to talk to Karan, but Tulsi stops him and asks him to handle her. Tulsi tells Mihir they are one, but this time she wants to talk to Karan.
Nandini is shocked and she remembers her old days. Nandini thinks that Karan is lying to her and she feels cheated. Nandini wants to know why Karan did this to her and why he cheated on her. Nandini loves Karan so much and she doesn't know how she will handle herself. Nandini thinks that Karan hasn't thought about their children, and now she will not accept this. Nandini decides to take divorce, and after divorce she will suffer from pain, so she decides to go far away from him.
Niyati learns that Rio has landed but his phone is not reachable. Karan asks her to keep calm. Karan gets a call from Tulsi and he takes the call. Tulsi tells Karan to get down from the building. She tells him that she is at Springfield building, Malabar Hills. Karan gets shocked, and Tulsi tells him to come down.
Saloni asks Dev why he is planning the game. Dev tells Saloni to let him relax. Dev tells Saloni he is here because of her, but she doesn't want his happiness. Dev tells Saloni he is working for her happiness, and she doesn't know the value of his sacrifice. Saloni apologises to Dev and she wants him to stand on his feet. Saloni wants Dev to be a responsible person like other family members, and she also has some expectations. Dev tells Saloni to leave him because he wants to sleep.
Ritik comes to his room and he tells Munni that Ranvijay is a very bad person. Ritik gets attracted to Munni.
Karan tries to leave and Niyati stops him. Karan tells Niyati he is going to take his wallet from the car, and he leaves to meet Tulsi. Tulsi is waiting for Karan and she is very disappointed with him. Tulsi asks Karan who is that woman upstairs, and she wants the answer. The episode ends.

This episode focuses well on the growing tension in the family. Tulsi's pain as a mother, seeing her son Karan ruin two relationships, is shown very strongly.
