The 26th April 2026 episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi starts with Tulsi asking Karan to tell who Niyati is to him. Just then she slaps Karan because he has broken her trust. Then she gives another slap for cheating Nandini. Then another slap for taking a fake oath on Baa. Then she keeps slapping him. Just then a hand stops Tulsi, and Tulsi is shocked to see an exact copy of Ansh asking her to stop slapping his father.
Tulsi remembers the past of Ansh Gujral and she points her finger at the boy. The boy asks Tulsi why she is slapping his dad. Karan tries to control Rio. Karan tells Rio this lady is mentally unstable. Rio tells Karan he cannot believe how she can do that. Rio tells Tulsi she needs some treatment. Karan apologises to Tulsi for hurting her. Rio asks Tulsi if he can help her, and Tulsi gets a panic attack. Rio tells Karan they can inform their family, but Tulsi asks him to stay away from her.
Tulsi wakes up and remembers how she killed Ansh. Rio calls Tulsi a mad woman. Karan tells Rio she is like his grandmother. Rio wants to teach her a lesson, but Karan tells Rio to behave properly. Rio likes this quality of his father, and Karan takes him upstairs. Karan thinks he has hurt his mother. Tulsi is walking alone, thinking how Karan cheated everyone. Karan thinks he has cheated on his family and broken their trust. Karan hides his pain, and Tulsi is in trauma from being called a mad woman.
Karan apologises to Tulsi and he calls her. Tulsi picks up the call, and Karan starts apologising, but Tulsi wants to know who that boy is. Tulsi asks Karan about that boy, and Karan tells Tulsi to control herself. Tulsi tells Karan she has seen with her own eyes, and Karan tries to explain but says later on. Tulsi wants to know otherwise she will come now. Just then Niyati asks Karan to come outside because Rio is waiting for him. Karan tells Niyati he is coming, and he tells Tulsi not to come because he is coming to her. Karan is stuck now, and Tulsi wants her answer.
Munni wakes up Ritik. Munni tells Ritik to stop staring at her. Ritik asks Munni he is not staring at her, and he admits he was staring at his wife with his complete right. Ritik tells Munni he loves his wife, and he tells Munni she has made fun of his love. Ritik tells Munni they can act at the moment, and asks why she told him he was staring at her. Ritik tells Munni he will not talk to her because she has hurt him, but he is joking. Munni apologises to Ritik and she tells him to stare at her. Munni keeps saying sorry and Ritik is having fun. Munni tells Ritik she is not capable of his love and she gets emotional. Ritik tells Munni he was just joking, and Munni tells Ritik she was also joking. Ritik tells Munni he was scared, and Munni tells Ritik to close the gate. Ritik tells Munni she is the answer to his prayers and he always stares at her because she is his wife. The moment gets interrupted with a call.
Karan joins the dining table and sees how Niyati is feeding Rio. Rio tells Niyati he is blessed to have a father like Karan. Niyati is disappointed because Rio always supports his father. Karan tries to go but Niyati stops him. Karan tells Niyati he has to go because he has some important clients from Singapore. Tulsi is still in trauma. The episode ends.

This episode is very intense and full of emotions. Tulsi's anger and hurt feel very real as she slaps Karan multiple times.
