The Deshmukh family drama in Udne ki Asha has become more intense with every passing episode. A substantial part of the episode was devoted to the deepening mystery of Vikas's disappearance.
Sachin and Sayali, on one hand, and Mandira, on the other, seem to be in a relentless chase to outwit each other. While they are on the trail of clues, Sachin and Sayali are pretty sure that Mandira has a huge secret hidden away.
They turn their sleuth work into an act of bravado by breaking into Mandira’s home in the dead of the night. They want to find Vikas's disappearance evidence-setting proof that Mandira had anything to do with it.
The environment is tense with excitement and anxiety. They are very aware that they are treading on dangerous ground, yet they cannot waver in their decision to bring the truth to light.
It is largely thanks to Sayali’s shrewdness that the shocking revelation comes to light. A hidden bag which links Mandira and Vikas’s house is what she digs out. This breakthrough is instrumental!
The stuff in the bag serves as the most absolute evidence that Mandira was fabricating when she said she wasn't anywhere. It corroborates that very close to the time when Vikas went missing, she was at his place.
On another note, a fresh drama is unraveling in Roshni’s life story. With all her might, she tries to keep the huge secret from Tejas. Shikha’s nonstop calls and a surprising voice message throw Roshni off guard. The message unveils that Shikha has taken Krish to the Deshmukh house.
When asked, Mandira, instead of denying, attempts to make sense of an attractive flower vase’s being there. She admits that she went to Vikas’s place but only did so to settle an old debt. She claims that it was she who took the sculpture which was valuable. Sachin and Sayali after hearing her confession about the theft start to believe this part of her story.
They come to know that Mandira’s secret was about stealing something rather than Vikas’s disappearance. But still, the very first piece of evidence continues to bother them. The episode is wrapped up with the enigma of the disappearance still lingering and the family having more secrets to unravel.
