The 27th April 2026 episode of Jhanak begins with Jhanak telling Rishi that she wants to go to Simulboni. Rishi asks her when she decided that. Jhanak tells him that it's not like she took this decision because of yesterday's discussion. And they are husband and wife; that's why I'm informing him. Rishi asks her when she wants to go. Jhanak replies she did not decide that. Rishi says he loves to spend time with Simulboni people. Jhanak taunts him. Rishi says he just felt bad for Aditi. He reminds her that they decided to go everywhere together. Jhanak tells him that Simulboni people would celebrate, and he won't be comfortable with that way.
Rishi says he did not think Jhanak would talk to him like this. And he thought Jhanak would understand his situation. Jhanak asks him why she would understand when he did not understand her. She takes her bag. She tells him that she won't celebrate anything with him from now on and leaves from there. Rishi thinks Jhanak has been changed, and he is responsible for that. He goes downstairs.
Dadabhai asks Rishi to ask how Putul is doing. Rishi says he is going to the office. Tanushri says she saw Jhanak and Rishi going to Putul's house. Jhanak comes there. Dadabhai asks Jhanak whether the latter is going to Putul's house. Jhanak replies he is not going to Putul's house. Rishi asks her where she is going. Jhanak says she is going to Aniruddh's house because he is unwell. Rishi tells her that she need not go there. Jhanak refuses to listen to him. Rishi asks her not to complicate the thing. Jhanak tells him that it's not like she should listen to him always. She says she has her own wishes. And what's wrong she is doing by going to meet her father. She tells them she knows so much happened in Aniruddh's house, but she will return safely. She leaves from there.
After some time, Jhanak greets Anjana and Bablu. Aniruddh comes there. Jhanak tells him to sit and asks him what happened to him. She says she brought fruits and chocolates. Aniruddh asks her what the need for it is. Jhanak tells him that she bought all these from her college money. Aniruddh tells her that she came; that's enough for him. Arshi asks Aniruddh to eat food before leaving. Jhanak asks about Aditi. Aniruddh says Aditi is in her room. Jhanak asks him to show the prescription.
Aditi comes there and says Doctor is really talented. Jhanak says she is also a doctor; that's why she wanted to see the prescription. Aditi says there is no need of that. Dr. Anshuman comes there. Aditi welcomed him. Anshuman asks what Jhanak is doing there. Aditi asks him whether he knows Jhanak. Anshuman replies Jhanak is an intern in his hospital. Aditi says let's focus on Aniruddh's treatment first. Anshuman asks Jhanak to check the prescription once. Aditi tells him that they trust him. Anshuman asks whether they don't trust Jhanak. Aditi says Jhanak is related to Aniruddh only directly. Aniruddh asks her what is she saying. He tells Anshuman that Jhanak is his daughter.
Aditi says she doesn't want to talk about personal matters in front of the doctor. Jhanak sees the prescription and tells Anshuman that Aniruddh has kidney issues too. Anshuman says no one told him about it. He appreciates Jhanak. Aditi asks him whether experienced doctors need intern help. Anshuman says he has no ego. And they should have informed him about kidney issues. Aniruddh says it was his mistake. But he is glad to know Jhanak is a really good doctor. Aditi tells him that he never said she is a good professor. Aniruddh tells her that she knows he is proud of her.
Anshuman asks Jhanak to check Aniruddh's blood pressure. Aditi asks him to do it. And asks why Jhanak should check when Anshuman is there. Anshuman says his junior is there so anyone can check. Jhanak checks Aniruddh's blood pressure. Anshuman says let's wait for a week. Aniruddh says he is feeling better. Jhanak asks him not to decide that; the doctor will decide that. Aditi says they trust the doctor, not the intern. Jhanak says Aditi is not insulting her by keep saying she is an intern. And Aditi would have become a teacher before becoming a professor. Aditi says she is not there to listen to Jhanak's lecture. And her focus is Aniruddh. Anshuman says he will leave. Jhanak says she will leave too. Bablu asks her to eat before leaving.
Aditi tells Anshuman that he may give a lift to Jhanak. Jhanak says she will get auto and she is going to house. Anshuman tells her that he will give her a lift. Aniruddh asks Jhanak to go in his car. Jhanak says she is habituated to going in auto. She leaves from there. Anshuman also leaves from there. The episode ends.

Aditi started showing her true color again. And Jhanak is not tolerating Aditi's nonsense, which is good. Rishi and Jhanak are changing, and it's not good for their relationship. Will Rishi apologize to Jhanak? Will Jhanak lash out at Rishi?
