The 20th April 2026 episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi starts with Nandini explaining to Tulsi that Karan has children from the affair, and now she understands why Karan is busy on the phone. Nandini asks Tulsi what she will do now and what she will say to Samira. Tulsi tells Nandini she will not do anything until they get the whole truth, and she will not say anything to Samira. Tulsi asks Nandini to trust her because she is her mother and she promises to support her. Tulsi tells Nandini she will find out the truth, and if Karan is wrong then she will be against him. Karan asks Maa what she wants to ask, and Tulsi asks Karan where he was.
Munni and Ritik are happy, and Munni has become an inspiration for everyone. A journalist asks Munni for a photo with the award, and Ritik feels hurt. Ritik tells Munni to click the photo and he will meet her outside. Ritik feels like a loser.
Karan tells Tulsi he was in Malabar Hills for sightseeing of the property, and he wants to check the original papers of the property. Karan tells Tulsi he is tired and he is going to take a bath. Nandini tells Tulsi that Karan is lying. Tulsi tells Nandini to calm down and she will handle everything. Munni arrives home, and Tulsi tells Nandini to act normal in front of Munni. Tulsi and Ritik feel proud of Munni, and Nandini congratulates Munni.
Mihir learns from Tulsi that Karan is having an affair. Mihir cannot believe it, but Tulsi tells him that according to Nandini, Karan also has a child from the affair. Mihir tells Tulsi that Nandini is feeling insecure and she is misunderstanding. Mihir tells Tulsi to come with him to talk to Karan, but Tulsi wants to handle it alone. She wants to ask Karan alone, and then he can try. Mihir allows Tulsi and says he is always with her as a parent. Tulsi goes to talk to Karan, and Karan tells Tulsi she has also won along with Munni. Karan asks Tulsi if she wants anything, and Tulsi tells him she wants to know the truth. Tulsi asks Karan why he has gone to Malabar Hills, and she tells him he was with a lady. Karan gets paused, but Tulsi stays with her questions.
Karan tells Tulsi he has gone to Malabar Hills with a cake, and Tulsi asks him directly if he was hugging someone. Karan admits he was with someone, and he tells Tulsi she was his friend's wife to celebrate their anniversary. Karan tells Tulsi he does not have any affair, and he asks her to trust him. Tulsi tells Karan his hands are not in her head, and she asks him about the child. Karan tells Tulsi they have a son also. Karan tells Tulsi that Nandini is taking stress along with her, and he asks her to trust him.
Ritik is doing work on the laptop, and Munni thanks Ritik for bringing him into her life. Ritik tells Munni he is always with her and it is all her hard work. Ritik tells Munni she is not a loser like him, and Ritik asks Munni about his achievements. Ritik tells Munni he hasn't seen any dream to get any award. Munni tells Ritik to think positively because his role is very good as a son, brother, and husband. Munni tells Ritik he deserves to be the best human man. Ritik tells Munni he has done well, but he acts normal in front of Munni while he is broken from inside and thinks he is a loser.
Nandini tells Tulsi that Karan is lying, and Tulsi tells her she might have some misunderstanding. Nandini tells Tulsi she is sure that Karan is having an affair, and she tells Tulsi that Karan has changed. Nandini tells Tulsi to think of Karan telling the truth to her, and Tulsi starts thinking. Nandini tells Tulsi she knows Karan very well and she is sure that Karan has changed. Nandini tells Tulsi to think as her mother.
Aryan tells Tulsi to join them at the breakfast table, and Aryan is thankful to Gautam sir for sending him. Sobha tells Tulsi to think about Aryan for Pari because Ajay is complicated for Pari. Tulsi thinks Aryan will marry a divorcee. Sobha tells Tulsi that Aryan is also a divorcee, and Tulsi begins to think about Gautam's proposal. The episode ends.

Our Take:
This episode is full of family drama and emotional moments. Tulsi's promise to support Nandini even against her own son shows her strong sense of right and wrong. The scene where Tulsi directly confronts Karan about the lady in Malabar Hills is very tense. Karan's explanation about a friend's wife feels like a weak lie, and Tulsi's doubt is understandable. The side track with Ritik feeling like a loser next to Munni's success is touching and adds depth to his character. Nandini's insistence that Karan has changed and her plea for Tulsi to think as a mother creates a good emotional conflict. The ending with Sobha suggesting Aryan for Pari opens a new possible romance track.
