The 23rd April 2026 episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi starts with Gautam asking him how he knows that Karan has taken a woman to the doctor. Gautam asks her to leave this topic. Gautam sends the picture to Tulsi and asks her to confirm. Tulsi asks Gautam how he got the picture and if he is spying on Karan. Gautam tells Tulsi when he came to Mumbai he heard twice about this matter, and he tells her Karan was requesting someone. Gautam tells Tulsi that Karan is up to something and he has hired someone to keep an eye on Karan. Gautam tells Tulsi now he understands that she met another woman, and Tulsi thinks why Gautam lied to her.
Karan comes back to Malabar Hills with Niyati and she is not feeling well. Karan serves her a glass of water. Niyati tells Karan suddenly she starts getting an anxiety attack. Niyati tells Karan she is not feeling well and she tells him not to go anywhere because she needs him. Karan sits beside her and he tries to console her. Karan tells Niyati he has some important work. Niyati tells him to cancel his problem. Karan tells Niyati he will be back home because Leo is coming back home. Niyati tells Karan he is a very good husband as well as a father. Karan sees the photo frame in which he is with Niyati.
Nandini sees the picture and she gets upset. Tulsi comes to Nandini to give her hope, and Tulsi shows the picture to Nandini to identify the woman. Tulsi tells Nandini she has met another woman which is different from the picture. Nandini tells Tulsi that Karan is lying to her. Nandini asks Tulsi how she will find the truth, and Tulsi promises to support her instead of her son.
Garima tells Pari to stop crying. Mihir comes to meet Garima. Mihir learns from Garima that mumma is crying when she returns from Sunny's house. Mihir tells Garima to play while he fixes the mood of her mother. Tulsi asks Pari what happened and why she is crying. Pari explains to Mihir about the incident that happened in Ajay's house, and Mihir consoles her. Mihir tells Pari he is going to talk to them, but Pari tells Mihir not to say anything to them. Pari tells Mihir she shouldn't go to his house and she can't change the thoughts of anyone. Pari reminds Mihir she is punished for her sins. Mihir tells Pari such things never change. Mihir tells Pari she has an entire life in front of her, and he asks her if she wants to marry or if she will stay alone. Pari tells Mihir she wants to stay with them for her whole life. Mihir tells Pari she is their lifeline. Mihir tells Pari he is thinking about Garima, and Pari tells Mihir she will manage herself. Mihir tells Pari that a child needs a mother as well as a father too. Mihir tells Pari he wants a father in Garima's life, and he asks her to think again about her companionship. Mihir keeps the proposal to get married to Aryan, and Pari is shocked.
Saloni wants to stay in Shantiniketan, and Dev wants to stay in Surat because he wants to become a diamond king to secure their future. Parth comes to stop the argument, and Dev tells him not to interfere. Dev asks Saloni to leave him. Parth tells Dev to stop what he is doing. Dev tells Parth to stop interfering between them, and Parth leaves.
Tulsi learns that Mihir has talked to Pari about Aryan, and Tulsi tells Mihir not to be in a hurry. The episode ends.

Our Take:
This episode focuses well on the growing tensions in different relationships. Tulsi choosing to support her daughter-in-law Nandini over her own son Karan shows her strong sense of right and wrong. The emotional scene between Mihir and Pari, where he suggests she marry Aryan for Garima's sake, is very touching. The conflict between Dev and Saloni about where to live adds another layer of family drama. The precap hinting at Tulsi's past with Ansh and someone new arriving creates good suspense for the next episode.
