The 15th April 2026 episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai focuses on the emotional aftermath of the kidnapping and the return of Myra to the Poddar house. While the family is relieved to have her back, the atmosphere remains tense. Myra is deeply traumatized by the event and is struggling to feel safe again. Abhira, despite her own recovery, tries to reach out to Myra to provide comfort, but she finds that a new wall of misunderstanding has been built between them.
A big moment happens when Meher takes advantage of Myra’s vulnerable state. She begins to manipulate the young girl’s mind, suggesting that Abhira’s involvement in the search was just a show to look good in front of the family. Meher subtly hints that if it weren’t for Abhira’s past actions, the kidnappers wouldn't have targeted the family in the first place. Armaan warns Meher to let Myra rest and not overwhelm her, but Meher claims she is the only one Myra feels comfortable with right now.
The episode reaches its peak during a family gathering where Kaveri asks Myra about the details of her abduction. When Myra speaks, she accidentally repeats some of the things Meher whispered to her, indirectly blaming Abhira for the danger. The family is shocked, and Abhira is left heartbroken. She tries to defend herself, but seeing Myra’s fear, she chooses to remain silent to avoid causing more stress to the child. The silence, however, makes some family members doubt Abhira again.
The episode ends with Abhira making a firm decision to find the real mastermind behind the kidnapping to clear her name once and for all. She realizes that as long as the truth is hidden, Meher will keep using Myra as a weapon against her. As the screen fades, Armaan is seen looking at Abhira with trust, while Meher smiles secretly, believing her plan to alienate Abhira from the youngest member of the family is working perfectly.

Abhira finds a hidden burner phone in Meher’s room that contains a log of calls to the warehouse area. She decides to show it to Armaan, but Meher catches her in the act. Meher threatens to harm herself and blame Abhira if she doesn't put the phone back immediately.
Our Take:
This episode is quite frustrating but realistic, as it shows how easily children can be manipulated after a tragedy. Meher’s character is becoming more villainous with each passing day, and her use of Myra is particularly cruel. We admire Abhira’s restraint; she chooses Myra’s mental health over her own reputation. The show is doing an excellent job of keeping the audience hooked on whether the truth will finally come out before more damage is done.
