The 22nd April 2026 episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Abhira asking Mukti what she is doing. Mukti makes a mess in the kitchen. Abhira asks Mukti to leave, saying Jaya will bring the food. Mukti says flour, dal, and rice are over, so how will they cook. She lies to Abhira that she is cooking khichdi as Jaya and Nilesh went to Rinku’s place. Mukti asks Abhira to focus on Myra’s case.
A big moment happens when Arman knocks at Abhira’s door. Mukti is about to open it, but Abhira stops her and says it might be Mittal’s goon. She asks who is knocking. Arman introduces himself. Abhira and Mukti welcome Arman. Arman says he brought food for them. Abhira says Mukti is cooking. Mukti tells Abhira that since Arman brought food, they should eat it. Arman decides to help Mukti serve the food.
Meanwhile, Arman is shocked to see Abhira’s house. He learns about Abhira and Mukti’s struggle. Arman asks Mukti how she would have cooked without ingredients. Mukti says Jaya cooks for them, and this month’s salary was spent on Abhira’s medicines. Arman feels bad for Abhira and Mukti. Abhira asks Arman why he is giving her pity looks. Arman says he is not pitying her. Kaveri, Madhav, Tanya, Aryan, and Disha visit Abhira’s place. They get friendly with Mukti. Abhira feels happy seeing Mukti having a good time with the Poddars.
Manisha asks Kajal to taste the food. Vidya asks about the Poddars. Manisha says everyone is at Abhira’s place. Vidya gets angry. The Poddars spend time with Mukti. Mukti asks everyone to visit again. Krish hides in Abhira’s house. Abhira learns Krish had visited her garage and wasted their time and broke a car glass. Arman asks Krish to pay the money. Krish decides to stay in Arman and Abhira’s good books so that no one learns that he was working for Meher and passed Myra’s information to her. Abhira and Arman wonder how Meher learned about Myra’s location. Tanya decides to tell the truth to Abhira, but Krish manipulates her.
The episode reaches its peak when Abhira hears Arman’s talk with Kaveri. Kaveri shares about Abhira’s suffering. Arman says Abhira sent him the custody papers, even though she is not someone who breaks relationships easily. Abhira is shocked to learn that Arman thinks she sent the custody papers, while she believes Arman wanted the separation. Abhira is about to stop Arman, but Mukti interrupts and tells her it is Koel’s scrunchy. Abhira learns that apart from Mukti and Myra, Koel was also present at the hostel. She decides to confront Koel to find out if she knows anything.
Abhira receives files from the Poddar firm to help in Myra’s case. Meanwhile, Tanya decides to tell Krish’s truth to Kaveri. Instead of Kaveri, Kajal learns that Krish sent Myra’s location to Meher and forces Tanya to keep it a secret. At the same time, Abhira worries that if neither she nor Arman sent the custody papers of Myra, then who did. The episode ends here.

Abhira learns from Kajal that Vidya separated Arman and Myra from her. Vidya says she did it for Myra and Arman’s better future. She does not regret separating Arman and Abhira.
Our Take:
This episode is very engaging because it shows Abhira slowly learning the truth. Now that Abhira knows about Vidya’s conspiracy, she should not leave her. Vidya might manipulate Myra against Abhira by acting helpless. Myra and Abhira’s relationship might once again suffer because of this. But it is high time Vidya pays for her deeds.
