The 2nd July 2026 episode begins with Anupama saying lots of innocent people will get justice. Leela says it's good that the fraudsters are exposed, else if she had caught them, she would have hit them badly. Anupama says Leela should do police work. Leela agrees. Anupama asks everyone to focus on Ansh's haldi. Digvijay brings things from the market. Anupama thanks Digvijay for supporting her yesterday.
Anupama meets Pakhi's friends Mona, Alpana, and Sonal. She remembers the old days when Pakhi's friends used to come from tuition and demand thepla and tea. Anupama asks Pakhi's friends what they will eat. Alpana says she is on a diet. They further talk about taking Pakhi's help to build their image. Anupama is pleased with Pakhi's work. Ishani enters with Banku. Pakhi's friends discuss Ishani dating Banku. Her friends taunt her. Pakhi thinks of doing something that will make Ishani separate herself from Banku. She vows that Ishani and Banku's wedding can never happen.
Anupama celebrates Ansh and Prerna's haldi. Gautam makes his entry to apply haldi to Ansh and Prerna. Paritosh asks Gautam if the police will catch him red-handed. Gautam gets restless. Paritosh triggers Gautam. Gautam gives money to Paritosh and asks him to shut his mouth. Paritosh asks Gautam what the need for the money is when he could have kept his secret without it. He smirks at Gautam.
Anupama says that on Ansh's haldi, she will dance and no one will cry. The Shahs dance. Pakhi sees Ishani with Banku. Paritosh instigates Pakhi to separate Ishani and Banku before they do something against her wish. Pakhi sees Banku going behind Ishani. Banku gifts earrings to Ishani. Ishani asks Banku how he got the earrings. Banku says he bought the earrings with his hard-earned money. Ishani asks Banku to make her wear the earrings. Pakhi interrupts.
Pakhi blames Banku for stealing money from her purse to buy the earrings. Banku defends himself. Pakhi asks Banku how he got such expensive earrings. Banku says he was saving his money to buy them. Pakhi says Banku's salary is less than Ishani's pocket money and that he is fooling them by claiming he saved enough to buy the earrings. Anupama asks Pakhi what the need is to ruin Ansh's big day. Pakhi blames Banku. Anupama and Digvijay defend Banku. Rahi asks Pakhi what proof she has that Banku stole her money. Pakhi says she lost ₹5,000 today, and Banku got the gift, so what more proof does she need? Banku defends himself. Pakhi asks Anupama to throw Banku out of the house. Ansh takes Banku's side. Anupama defends Banku. Paritosh says Banku is not stealing for the first time. The episode ends with Paritosh making a serious accusation against Banku.

Our Take:
Anupama is always stuck between right and wrong. She now has to deal with Pakhi and Banku. Anupama is never out of tasks. This time, Anupama will prove Banku's innocence. Banku and Ishani will surely have a runaway marriage. Anupama will predictably be blamed for their decision.
