Udne Ki Asha delivers a big dose of excitement and tension with Sayali's bright spot turning into a family fight. Episode starts with Salyai celebrating a huge decor order of ₹5 lakhs, which makes everyone very happy except Tejas.
Not being happy with a thing, he launches his snide comment about the amount. Sachin, too, doesn’t keep quiet and reminds Tejas of his lack of successes and failures. All the arguments breakup the house with Sachin hitting back at Tejas.
The house’s fighting venue moves to the kitchen after Renuka directs Sayali for diet meals. Tejas, who is always tight with money, does not want to pay more than ₹300, and Sachin, on the other hand, recommends an amount of ₹500–₹600 for her work.
The matter becomes intense with Akash throwing in a joke that he can charge food at ₹1000. At the moment when Sayali steps aside to celebrate her success, Mandira comes up with a doughtful contract.
Mandira's helper urges Sayali to sign at once, and not to lose this "golden opportunity." Sayali understands the thing is not quite right, but the rush leaves her in doubt.
Mandira, who always is a sly one, looks at it with a smile and gives a hint to her secret plan. She leaving says "You will know the real Mandira" which makes everyone shiver.
The Deshmukh family is split: Sachin is very protective and Mandira’s trap is hanging over their head. Ending with a cliffhanger, this episode questions whether Sayali will be the victim of Mandira’s plot or Sachin will uncover it in time?
