Guilt could be read on his face. He is going over what has been happening lately with Tejas and we believe his anger is finally giving way to sorrow. He keeps replaying their most recent arguments, wondering if indeed he has been too hard on his own brother.
This main conflict really surfacing when Sailee enters and finds him in this state, for she is the one who always reads him like an open book. They talk, and the way Sachin poured his heart out just felt so raw and real.
He spoke about how, yes, Tejas has made some big mistakes, but seeing him like this is actually breaking his heart. It is the kind of sibling rivalry where you are angry at them, yet you just cannot stand to see them hurt. Sailee listened patiently; this was such a beautiful, quiet moment between the two of them. She makes no judgments; she just lets him feel whatever he needs to feel.
The transition in these episodes tends to be a little on the rushed side, but today was different. It was smooth. We come to Tejas, looking pretty defeated. He is trying to figure out what to do next, and everything seems to be collapsing.
When Sachin finally went in to speak with him, the words that were spoken were simple yet incredibly memorable. Sachin did not fancy words or dramatics at all; he went ahead and extended a small olive branch. He simply told Tejas he felt sorry for the way things had exploded.
This must have been a major turning point in their relationship. We noted how Tejas had such a hard time even looking his brother in the eye. It was almost as if he didn't feel worthy of his brother's kindness.
And this would be the part where emotional climax happens, witnessing this bridge being built by the rest of the family. Relief is there; still, it is mixed with a worry that things would go wrong again.
Attempts by the end of the episode showed how Sachin was trying to figure out how to help Tejas without hurting Tejas' pride. This is quite a tightrope walk. In the last scene, we see Sachin staring out the window, accepting that it's way harder to fix a family than to win an argument.
We feel that the next few episodes are going to show us if Tejas can genuinely change for the better or will let Sachin down again.
