The 23rd April 2026 episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Abhira deciding to focus on Myra’s case. She decides to ignore other things and calls Arman to meet her at the hostel. Abhira informs Arman about Koyal being present during the incident. She asks Arman to meet her outside the hostel. Abhira asks Mukti to shut the door. Mukti says Abhira is still caring for her despite being busy. She decides to visit the hostel to learn about Koyal.
A big moment happens when Manisha argues with Vidya. She says she did not do anything wrong by asking Abhira to come and stay at the Poddar house, as Abhira is working on Myra’s case despite being injured. Vidya is against Abhira and Mukti. Kaveri asks Vidya to stop being poisonous every time. Vidya is frustrated hearing Abhira’s name. Tanya takes Abhira’s side. Vidya tells Tanya that she is a Bansal and cannot interrupt in Poddars’ matter. She insults Tanya and the Bansals. Kajal is shocked. Vidya says Abhira left Arman and Myra 8 years ago and now she cannot return. Kajal remembers the truth. Tanya gets hurt by Vidya’s accusation.
Meanwhile, Mukti goes to the hostel and looks for Koyal. The girls there ignore Mukti. Mukti asks Shruti to help her as she is Myra’s friend. She asks about Koyal’s address. Mukti learns that Koyal stays with her uncle, whose house is near a famous sweet shop.
Kajal tells Vidya that she cannot keep insulting Tanya. Vidya asks Kajal to stop Tanya from getting involved with her. Kajal says Vidya is afraid that her truth will come out. Vidya says she fears nothing. Abhira reaches the Poddar house. Kajal confronts Vidya about how she separated Arman and Abhira 8 years ago. Abhira overhears how Vidya sent her Myra’s custody papers, framing Arman in between. She learns that Vidya and Kajal had a deal to keep the secret from Arman. Abhira wants to confront Vidya. Arman drags Abhira aside. Vidya and Kajal suspect someone heard them. They fail to see Abhira. Kajal thinks if anyone had heard them, they would have confronted them by now. Vidya and Kajal decide to keep their secret.
The episode reaches its peak when Abhira is stunned after learning the truth. She tries to tell the truth to Arman. Arman asks Abhira to focus on Myra’s case rather than anything else. He tells her that Mukti got Koyal’s address. Arman says they have to reach Koyal before Mittal approaches her. Abhira and Arman visit Koyal’s uncle. They are shocked to learn that Koyal’s uncle is a wrestler. Koyal’s uncle refuses to let Arman and Abhira meet Koyal. Arman and Abhira spot Mittal. Arman challenges the wrestler to a fight in return for a meeting with Koyal. Koyal’s uncle agrees to the condition. The episode ends here.

Mittal’s lawyer says there is no evidence or witness who can prove Myra’s innocence. Abhira says Arman is coming with the evidence soon. The judge says they cannot wait more for Arman and decides to give the verdict. Arman arrives at the court looking shattered.
Our Take:
This episode is very dramatic because Abhira finally learns the truth about Vidya’s crime. Kajal and Vidya both are evil. They both should get equal punishment for destroying Abhira and Arman’s life. Kaveri should throw both the ladies out of the house. Arman should not forgive Vidya easily. Vidya cannot commit crimes every time in the name of being a mother. It is high time Vidya’s chapter should end.
