The 29th April 2026 episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Kaveri saying when Vidya failed to control anyone’s life, she decided to control Arman’s life. She says Vidya ruined Arman’s life. Kaveri says Vidya burnt her relationships and now it is her turn to burn. She throws Vidya out of the house. Kaveri says she will not let Vidya control Abhira, Arman, or Myra’s life.
A big moment happens when Arman remembers the past. Kaveri says Vidya does not have a right to stay with them. She cannot allow a mother who has broken her own children’s home to stay. Kaveri asks Vidya to leave before she does something bad to her. Vidya breaks down into tears. Kaveri closes the door on Vidya. Vidya continues crying. Myra thinks about Vidya and gets angry.
Meanwhile, Arman opens the door and brings Vidya inside. Madhav asks Arman how many times he will be betrayed and still not learn. Vidya says Arman is with her. She says Arman knows her value and understands her. Vidya says Arman is understanding why she had separated him and Abhira. Madhav asks Arman to stop getting fooled by Vidya. Arman brings Vidya inside. Vidya tells Arman that he is her only family as others have disowned her. Arman asks Vidya to be happy for a few more minutes, because after that he will not allow her to hug or talk to him. He says he does not talk to strangers. Vidya says Arman cannot break ties with her. She says whatever she did was for Myra and Arman. Arman ignores Vidya. Vidya asks Arman not to ignore her. She breaks down into tears. The Poddars ignore Vidya.
Kajal tries to apologize to Abhira. Abhira ignores Kajal. Kajal asks Vidya to stand up. Vidya asks Kajal to do her a favor and tell Arman that she did not do anything wrong. Kajal says she will not lie to Arman anymore. She says their lie destroyed the family. Vidya says they tried to help their kids. Kajal says they ruined their kids’ lives forever. She says they did wrong. Vidya says Abhira is wrong, and because of her Arman is upset. She decides not to forgive Abhira.
The episode reaches its peak when Mukti decides to go to the hostel. Arman stops Mukti. Mukti tries to leave the house so that Abhira and Myra can be happy. Arman stops Mukti. Kaveri, Madhav, Manisha, Disha, Tanya, and Aryan welcome Mukti to their family. Mukti gets emotional.
The episode ends with Myra regretting not trusting Abhira. Abhira tries to make Myra understand that she was too young to understand the situation, so she reacted that way. Myra apologizes to Abhira. Both promise to stay with each other forever.

Kaveri says Abhira will not stay in the guest room. Abhira says then she will go to the outhouse. Kaveri says Abhira will stay in her room with Arman. She says whatever happened eight years ago, both Arman and Abhira were not wrong. Kaveri says when the misunderstanding is over, they should revive their love too. Arman and Abhira are shocked.
Our Take:
This episode is very dramatic as Vidya gets thrown out but Arman brings her back. The next track is surely Arman and Abhira’s reunion or remarriage. Myra and Mukti will try to break the ice of awkwardness between Abhira and Arman. In parallel, Abhira might motivate Disha to work and build her career. Disha and Aryan’s post-wedding rituals will take center stage in the show now. Vidya seems ready to make a blunder to take revenge on Abhira. Arman will be the savior.
