The 5th July 2026 episode begins with the broker stopping Anupama. He asks Anupama if she still wants to buy the house. Anupama apologizes for the other day. The broker says the confusion about that day is over, and he is asking now. Anupama says she wants the house. The broker says the house she saw that day has already been sold. Anupama is shocked. The broker says the Joshi family has given the token money. Anupama prays for the happiness of the family who bought the house.
Anupama gets emotional. She thinks she doesn't even have the token money to give and was dreaming of buying the house. Anupama further decides to focus on Ansh's wedding. She then bumps into Prem. Anupama praises Prem's look. Prem says the competition is in two days, and after that they will be competitors. He adds that until Ansh's wedding, he wants to forget everything and just be there. Anupama says he sounds good. Prem asks Anupama to come along, saying it is good to walk even with enemies.
Anupama gets Ansh and Prerna ready. She gets emotional seeing Ansh. Anupama then plans to decide who will be on the groom's side and the bride's side. She asks everyone to choose badges to decide their side. Anupama says she is on both sides. Pari says Anupama is cheating. Digvijay agrees with Anupama. Anupama says Ansh is her son and Prerna calls her aunty, so she will be on both sides.
Khyati asks Ansh and Rahi to perform the ritual. Vasundhara explains the ritual, where a brother vows that after getting married he will not forget his sisters. Ansh says this will never happen.
Anupama dances in Ansh's baraat. Digvijay says to Hasmuk that seeing Ansh as the groom, a mother forgot her physical pain. Leela asks Anupama to welcome Ansh. Anupama breaks down thinking about Samar. Ansh and Leela console her. Ansh asks Anupama to welcome him so that he can meet his bride. Anupama welcomes Ansh. Digvijay says he will carry Ansh on his shoulders to the venue. Leela remembers Vanraj. Anupama supports Leela. She gets emotional. Rahi asks Anupama to smile. Shruti is shocked to see Rahi and Anupama. She further asks Anupama if she will taunt her or if she can enter without one. Anupama says she is not in the mood to taunt today. She asks Shruti to remember the taunt from the other day, and that will work too. Shruti walks away.
Prerna comes alone. Vasundhara taunts Prerna, saying she is overexcited to get married. Leela says Prerna should have waited a little and someone would have brought her. Rahi says a bride has the right to enjoy her wedding. Khyati says today's kids have destination weddings, and Ansh and Prerna did nothing like that. She says they can at least enjoy themselves. Anupama asks Prerna to come. Prerna dances and welcomes Ansh. Digvijay asks Ansh to dance too.
Anupama and Prem get instructions about the next round of the competition. Anupama says Prem is a good chef. She says Prem can become even better. Prem says that to defeat her, he has to become better. Anupama says it is important for her to win the competition at any cost, so she will also give her best. Shruti asks Prem to focus on the competition, saying that after all his effort, Anupama is behaving arrogantly. She says Prem already has Anupama's diary.
Ansh and Prerna are set to get married. Paritosh asks Gautam to give him money as he has some information. He tells something to Gautam. Anupama sees Paritosh and Gautam together and becomes suspicious. The episode ends with Anupama growing suspicious of Paritosh and Gautam.

Paritosh tells Prem that he knows he has Anupama's diary. Shruti tells Paritosh that she can make him disappear from Ahmedabad within an hour. Kinjal says Anupama's diary is missing. Paritosh exposes Prem and says he has stolen Anupama's diary. Everyone is shocked.
Our Take:
Anupama's unnecessary lectures over everything are a yawn-fest. What was the need to give the Sun and Tulsi plant reference during Ansh and Prerna's wedding ritual? Vasundhara is right sometimes about Anupama. Can Anupama speak less and do more? It is high time Anupama did more than just lecture. She will surely forgive Prem for stealing her diary, as she believes in greatness.
