Family First: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Sees Kajal and Vidya Bury the Hatchet, But High-Voltage Drama is Just Starting!
The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai saw a lot of family drama and a reconciliation moment that the Poddar family had been waiting for a long time. Ghoomar event being around the corner, the primary focus was on Abhira and Armaan’s decision to mend the rift which is not new and runs deep within the family.
The most arguable point was the conflict between sisters-in-law Kajal and Vidya. To counteract the effect of her unrelenting advocacy for the house partition, Abhira, Armaan, Kaveri, and Manisha staged an intervention of sorts and had a heart-to-heart with her.
Myra helped Abhira in gifting a lovely ghoomar outfit to Kajal and on the other hand, Armaan reminded a warm memory that it was Vidya who once saved Kajal after her marriage. These instances were shining examples of the closeness and rapport that the two ladies had in the past.
The heartwarming reconciliation eventually happened at the very ghoomar dance. While performing, Kajal lost her balance but Vidya was there to catch her and thereby saved her from injury. This sacrificial gesture surprised the whole family, especially Tanya, who was eagerly waiting to see the fight go on.
But, surprisingly and thankfully, Kajal threw off her ego like an old coat and expressed gratitude to Vidya thus identifying a major turning point in their link.
On the other hand, the love triangle plot of Abhir, Kiara, and Mitali getting more intense each day as Abhir deliberately glorifies Mitali to gauge Kiara’s reaction.
However, just as Armaan was drinking the sweet nectar of the family's togetherness, the precap had him choking on it! Kaveri and Vidya argument full of drama as Vidya tells the family matriarch that the love she shows the family is just a facade. Kaveri being left with nothing but anger and devastation considers the unthinkable of walking out of the house!
