The 12th episode of Udne Ki Aasha on December 2025 starts with Tejas’ return to his house after the surgery. Everyone in the family is super happy and Renuka even insists on a big welcome, going so far as to perform a special ritual by herself as a thank you to God for the recovery.
Sayali, however, is told to take care of the arrangements, while Renuka is in charge of the ritual. Paresh in a friendly manner, suggests to Tejas to free his mind of the anger he harbors for Ajay and concentrate on getting well.
Roshni, full of joy, takes Tejas to their lovely decorated room, and there she lets loose her tears and apologizes for her previous bad attitude. It really moves Tejas when he finds out that Sayali not only decorated the room but also prayed for his recovery.
On the other hand, Mamta comes to see Akash’s restaurant and is dumbfounded to see Riya working there. Mamta thinks that Akash might have forced Riya into it; therefore, she makes a scene, very much concerned about what people might say. By accusing, she causes a misunderstanding which makes the relationship between Akash and Riya unharmonious.
At the same time, Sachin is worried about the money which he borrowed for Tejas’ operation. He and Sayali go to Paresh with the hospital bills seeking assistance. Paresh is willing to provide the money and tells Tejas that he has to return it to them.
Yet, when Tejas looks at the whole amount, he is not able to believe it and questions the costs. Sachin says that the part of the money was for the witnesses who demanded compensation for the damages occurred in the Tejas' accident.
Tejas and Renuka accuse Sachin and Sayali of lacking reason and sense but Sayali gets to her breaking point and loses her temper. She tells them that Tejas has been borrowing money from them many times, and this time he hasn’t returned it.
Like always, Renuka takes the side of Tejas, thus, not supporting Sachin and Sayali. Things get worse to the point when Akash intervenes and informs them that Sayali even made a deposit at the hospital. The family turns into a battleground, and Renuka accuses Sayali of instigating.
After that, Sultan, Roshni’s uncle, goes to an electronics showroom and he meets Sachin and Paresh there. Seeing them, Sultan swiftly dons a helmet to cover his face, which makes Sachin wonder.
The episode closes with Mamta giving a check to Paresh with a mocking tone, suggesting the money as a help- but her tone reveals that it is the farthest thing from a help.
The audience is left guessing whether the family will sort out their money issues or if Mamta’s check is just going to increase the tension? The upcoming episode teases with more drama as it talks about the unveiling of secrets and suspicions.
