The first thing that can be recalled about the episode is that the Virani family was in a tizzy, filled with worry. The whole family was there and kept asking Mihir to shed some light on why Tulsi was acting in an unusual manner. They also felt that something terrible must have happened. Sahil, at this point, came in and was taken aback with the atmosphere of the house.
Things only got heated quickly when Tulsi appeared, showing off her packed bags. The entire family was dumbfounded and inquired about her destination. With no hesitation, Tulsi voiced her intention of leaving the house. When Chachi met her silence with a question, Tulsi simply advised them to check with Mihir.
Hemant and Hrithik tried their best moves and almost with tears in their eyes they followed her as she was determined to leave. Shobha was pleading with Mihir to intervene and calm his wife down. Nevertheless, Mihir decided not to say a word. He insisted that this was a personal matter between him and Tulsi and that they didn't have to inform anyone else.
On the contrary, Tulsi maintained that the truth belonged to the family and that they were the ones who had the right to know it. She also said that it was Mihir who had to tell everyone what had happened. She encouraged him to think of the children, the grandchildren, and the family's honor. She stated that she disassociated herself from these things completely.
TuIsi reminded Mihir of the time when she was silent only to protect his image and the family's honor. Now, she is saying that the whole responsibility of the family's respect lies with him.
After that, Daksha was certain that a tragic event took place. Kiran, however, was impolite enough to reveal it all at once: Tulsi was crying because Mihir was seeing someone else. Everyone was amazed by this revelation. Shobha without delay sent the children away to keep the secret. At first, Daksha was not buying Kiran's story and he wanted Mihir to deny it.
However, Mihir did not utter a single word and his silence was like a confirmation of what Kiran said. Incensed and broken-hearted, Daksha slapped Mihir. She accused him of betraying Tulsi once more. In addition to it, Daksha reminded him that she had forgiven him in the past, even when she accepted Mandira's illegitimate son, Karan, and raised him as her own. In tears, Daksha said that "a woman can stand everything but she cannot be betrayed by her husband."
Tulsi was saying that her biggest mistake was to forgive Mihir the first time. She now knows that a betrayal is followed by another betrayal. She ought to have recognized the real nature of her husband instead of blaming the situations.
Kiran attempted to excuse Mihir by saying that every relationship has a shelf life. He claimed that had they broken up sooner, Tulsi would have found a better partner by now. Angry at Kiran, Hemant warned him strongly to stop saying such rubbish.
At the end of the day, the fighting was brought to a halt by Tulsi. Strangely, she told Kiran not to intervene and make excuses for Mihir’s faults. By the assertive manner she declared that she is a self-sufficient person and does not need the emotional support of a weak nature. Tulsi disclosed that she is breaking off with Mihir because, amongst other things, betraying someone who loves you is never right or justified.
Her clean and sharp words left the audience in a complete shock. Mihir passed her the house documents while she was walking out but she didn't hesitate to tear them up. Tulsi walked away from the house with pride.
