The events unfolded with Sayali being anxious and powerless. She had promised herself a huge success with the decoration project, but the event manager took advantage of her.
In fact, he had only given her a small amount as an advance which was far less than what he had promised. It was part of a very wicked scheme the manager had: he wanted Sayali to run out of cash.
It was his hope that this would lead her to borrowing money from local moneylenders who would charge her exorbitant interest rates.
Out of desperation, Sayali went to a moneylender named Saudagar. She begged him to lend her three lakh rupees so she could finish her work on time. At once, Saudagar was on board.
Still, he put a very stringent condition to the loan: Sayali had to return the money in full and within a very short time period. Sayali was not aware that this was a setup. In fact, Saudagar is Mandira’s husband and they have schemed this together to completely destroy Sayali. Sayali assured him that she would definitely repay her debt on time.
Sayali got the money and she thanked God for the help. She was very confident that she would do a great job with the decoration. After that, when her husband Sachin called, Sayali lied to him. She told him that she had taken out a loan for the money but didn't tell the truth that it was from a local moneylender.
She was too scared of Sachin’s reaction and thought if she could just handle the problem by herself then there would be no fight.
Meanwhile, Roshni was having a hard time too. She was full of anger as Tejas was the one who kept repeating his mistakes and she was always the one who had to fix things whereas going through terrible rituals that Renuka imposed on her drained her as well.
On the other hand, Paresh was feeling very low. He wanted so much that Renuka would recognize and appreciate the sacrifices Sachin makes but still, Renuka does not show any respect or love for him. Paresh is very sad and sorry for his son, who is being ignored.
Time went by and Sayali gave her best shot and decorated the place well before the time. Mandira had been informed that Sayali had already done all the work. But Mandira was indifferent. She was only patiently waiting for that exact moment when Sayali would find herself trapped.
Upon returning home, Sayali saw that Riya was still up and appeared troubled by her marriage problems. Sayali shared her own worries with Riya by confessing that she had taken a loan from a local moneylender.
Without any delay, Riya suggested that she should tell everything to Sachin. She also cautioned Sayali that hiding such a huge secret would only lead to trouble later, and in fact, the trouble would be worse than now.
Later on, Sachin was full of praise for Sayali’s hard work and dedication for the decoration project. The good things he said really touched her heart but at the same time she was full of dread to reveal the truth.
After all, she found the courage to confess that she borrowed money from a moneylender. Sachin was furious. He warned her in no uncertain terms that she was playing with fire and therefore she should return the money immediately. He also said that he would not talk further until the money was paid back.
Sayali stormed to the manager’s office asking for the rest of the money that he owed her. However, the manager pretended to be shocked and said that he had already given her everything.
He then showed a bond paper with Sayali’s signature on it to prove that she had already received all the money. Sayali was dumbfounded. She came to the realization that she had been tricked thoroughly.
The manager, in response to her desperate pleas, instead severely reprimanded her for being a dishonest businesswoman and forcibly ejected her from the office. Sayali finally understood the depth of the conspiracy against her.
The episode closed with Mandira assuring Renuka that Sayali’s business was now completely ruined.
So, the episode ended with Mandira assuring Renuka that Sayali’s business is now totally finished.
