The episode starts with Bharti shaking with fear and her eyes showing extreme anxiety. She was visited by Preet and Anupama who tried to calm her as much as they could. Bharti was extremely scared and she even thought to herself that if Mangesh is not coming back, he will surely send his goons after her.
Anupama tried to convince her with a smile that Mangesh is in jail and he can't come out to hurt her, but Bharti refused to believe it. She argued that Mangesh was a crazy person and he would kill her as soon as he gets out of jail. Anupama was holding her hand and asking her not to lose her courage but Bharti kept being anxious and nervous.
On the other hand, Rajini speaks to Varun about him putting his life at risk. Varun didn't take it seriously and said that he was just following her advice to do something that would impress Bharti.
Rajini cautions him that doing things to impress someone at the cost of life is not acceptable. But Varun is so preoccupied with the thought of what will happen if the people living in the chawl don't sign the papers that he ignores her. Rajini laughs and is sure that her plan is very strong and no one can fool her.
At home, Anupama is lovingly applying medicine on Bharti’s wounds. And when Bharti asks her the reason, Anupama replies that it’s the time for healing and shining. She tells Bharti that joy is very precious and that Varun has been really interested in her.
Anupama discloses that Rajini has selected Bharti for Varun, but she lets Bharti know that she can take as much time as she wants. Bharti’s thoughts keep wandering to Varun, her face turning gentle as she thinks of him.
Later on Bharti looks at Anupama and trusts her completely. She promises to follow Anupama's decision no matter what it is as she trusts she is the right one. Anupama hugs her warmly, her love for Bharti and Preet growing even more.
A little further into the house, Prem is tutoring Rahi. He proposes the idea of changing her favorite song into a mnemonic tool for the lengthy lesson to be memorized.
At first, Rahi is puzzled, but Prem patiently helps her understand. Diwaker is looking at them from behind the curtain and he is getting more and more jealous. Gautam sees that Diwaker is angry and he takes advantage of this by telling him that maybe Rahi actually loves him. Diwaker immediately feels better and his smile shows that he is quite pleased with himself.
Meeta is very upset, she keeps yelling at her workers and when Anil asks her what's the matter, she snaps back. She confesses that her parlour business is going down because a new herbal product is giving the customers a natural and healthy glow.
Vasundhara makes fun of the situation by saying that the business will go down just like the company of Leela and Ansh. But Prarthana shocks everyone by letting them know that the company of Leela and Ansh is back on track. Gautam is very surprised, while Khyati is praising the Shah family and Vasundhara cannot help but fume.
Anupama sees Rahi and wishes her good luck for her exam, noticing that she is very composed. Prem boasts that he was the one who helped her get ready, but Rahi jokingly denies giving him the credit. Anupama is smiling and she praises Prem's effort and wishes Rahi the best of luck.
Things get different after Anupama sees that Ishani has not yet come home. When Ishani comes, she informs in a very casual tone that she was out partying late. Anupama admonishes her but Ishani responds impudently. After this, Anupama tells her off that if she is so unhappy, she should go. Ishani answers that she definitely will and when she is frustrated, Anupama hits her.
Before heading for her exam, Rahi puts her hands together in prayer, seeking blessings. She even comes to Vasundhara, but instead of support, she gets mocked. Rahi looks at Parag and thanks him for meeting Anupama.
Parag is quick to let her know that he hasn't told anything to Anupama but Gautam who is eavesdropping starts digging into the past of Parag and Rajini.
The episode closes with a positive vibe as Bharti’s parents give their consent to Anupama’s decision regarding her marriage. Anupama and Preet are on cloud nine, they can't stop smiling and they keep telling each other that Bharti will be their next bride. Anupama's heart is overflowing, her smile reflecting the joy of the moment.
