The 13th December 2025 episode of Anupama started with the observation of a private chat between Rajini and Varun by Anupama. She gently teased Rajini if she was angry due to the interruption, but Rajini just waved it off. Anupama comes up with the news of new work opportunities for Pari and Ishani because of the fashion show.
Rajini fakes a smile, but her thoughts are somewhere else. Rather than wasting time, Anupama talks to Varun to be more self-reliant by carrying his luggage.
At the Shah mansion, Leela has a small accident when a wardrobe falls on her leg. The kids and husband come to her rescue, and Kinjal remarks that the old house is not as sturdy as it used to be.
Paritosh wants to sell the house, but Leela announces she will be living there until her last breath and lets Paritosh and Pakhi decide after that.
Anupama comes home loaded with groceries, and Varun and Bharti both offer their help. However, Bharti behaves in a very unfriendly manner towards Varun, but he is not unaware of that.
Anupama sees two girls studying outside under the sun and understands that they can’t focus in their cramped home. Touched by their fight, she takes the initiative to create a study corner for them. Varun says she is kind, and Anupama modestly says that all it takes to help others is a kindhearted person and not a political post.
At the same time, Prem is dropping Rahi at college on his bike and they are both enjoying the ride. Diwaker who is watching gets mad seeing Rahi with Prem. Driven by jealousy, he speeds his car and unintentionally hits Prem.
Rahi becomes frightened, but Prem tells her that everything is alright and it was just an accident. Diwaker, on the other hand, keeps a photo of Rahi close to his chest and gets even more frustrated when he sees her getting closer to Prem.
Anupama, the Dance Ranis, and Varun do not waste time in setting up a study corner for children. The people of the chawl acknowledge the great job done by Anupama, and Varun writes a text to Rajini confessing that Anupama is more popular than her.
Not feeling anything, Rajini tells him to get closer to Bharti if he wants to have more power over her.
Far from there, Rajini gets a phone call from Parag and thinks it is a call of guilt. On calling him back, Parag thanks her for the rescue of Prem. Rajini is left open-mouthed to hear that Prem is Parag’s son.
Seeing her plots at risk, she is worried that if Anupama gets a hint of it, then her plans would be ruined. To talk about it, she invites Parag to Mumbai.
The show came to a close with Rajini revealing a secret to Parag—she told him that Anupama is her friend, which left him dumbfounded. The precap shows Anupama visiting Rajini and being shocked to see her with Parag.
